1. Order Processing Time  

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.  

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7-15 business days.  

We offer standard shipping and express shipping options. Express delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.  

Under special circumstances, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors. Your understanding is appreciated.  

3. Shipping Fee Policy  

Standard shipping: For all domestic orders, free shipping is available for orders over **$50**; orders below **$50** will incur a **$5.99** standard shipping fee.  

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. You can view the exact shipping fee at checkout.  

Express shipping: Express shipping service is available, and the specific fee will be displayed on the checkout page.  

4. Delivery Coverage  

We currently offer worldwide shipping, but some regions may not be covered.  

If your address is undeliverable, please contact our customer service team.  

5. Return & Refund Policy  

If you are dissatisfied with the product received, you may request a return within 30 days.  

The returned item must be in its original condition, including unopened packaging, tags, etc.  

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product quality issue.  

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.
